Merlinhawk is a customer oriented company and responds to all instrumentation requirements from identifying the configuration to installation, on-site training and product support. Technical/Product Support
We extend all support to our customers in application assistance, repairs, maintenance and technical support.
Service Contracts
Service engineers are available on call through out the year. We provide annual maintenance contracts. We maintain stocks of all accessories and spares for in and out of warranty replacements and for speedy dispatch to the site when required.
On-Site Training
Merlinhawk organizes on-site training in the product operation and its usage for engineers & technicians. Refresher training is also a part of this training package.
Calibration
Calibration provides repair, maintenance and calibration on all equipment at our service center in Bangalore or at the customer site.
Applications
Customization of software is also part of the support services. Maintenance on per call or annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are provided and standby systems are offered where available.
Training Training is provided to customers regarding the usage of the equipment. The training period depends on the product and the manpower to be trained. Training includes theory and bench top practice in the classroom. Refresher courses for replaced manpower are organized when necessary. |
